R.T. Lear brings together multiple associates from around the globe who are experts in various fields. The company was founded by Zuzi Gaal who serves as its current president.
In accordance with each client engagement selected associates will join the team as their particular expertise is needed.
Zuzi Gaal - President
Prior to founding R.T. Lear, Zuzi Gaal held a position with the Bank of Montreal where she was accountable for building higher performance through leadership capability and capacity. She was the force behind the organization’s new criteria for Executive Coaches, their assessment, as well as the selection and engagement evaluation in order to bring bank’s coaching to a higher level. Ms. Gaal also led several important initiatives including leadership development strategies, leadership assessment, and mentoring. Wanting to increase both the company’s ROI and the participants’ learning, she was successful in instituting debriefing as a part of the 360 Degree Feedback process, which the organization currently utilizes.
Before her career in Canada, Ms. Gaal worked both in the United States and Europe. Through her experiences in consulting (PricewaterhouseCoopers, Towers Perrin, Watson Wyatt, and independently) and industry (pharmaceutical, finance, IT, health care, publishing) she has not only created winning human resources strategies, but has enriched her coaching with a powerful perspective; Ms. Gaal knows the world of business and understands the issues executives face globally.
Ms. Gaal holds a Master’s of Educational Psychology degree from the University of Minnesota, a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the Rotterdam School of Management, and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from the Royal Roads University.
