In a highly successful, results-oriented way Zuzi Gaal brings twenty years of international experience coupled with a strong multi-country education to her coaching, consulting and therapy.
Prior to founding R.T. Lear, Zuzi held a position with the Bank of Montreal where she was accountable for building higher performance through leadership capability and capacity. She was the force behind the organization’s new criteria for Executive Coaches, their assessment, as well as the selection and engagement evaluation in order to bring bank’s coaching to a higher level.
Throughout her career in Canada, the United States and Europe, Zuzi led and profitably executed numerous global initiatives in the areas of leadership development, human capital and business strategy; in consulting (PricewaterhouseCoopers, Towers Perrin, Watson Wyatt, and independently) as well as industry (finance, hospitality, pharmaceutical, IT, health care, publishing). In addition to regularly advising and coaching senior executives, high-potentials and private individuals, Zuzi also works as a therapist, expertly addressing a multitude of personal and career concerns. All these experiences have enriched her approach with a powerful perspective; Zuzi knows the world of business and understands the issues clients face globally.
Zuzi holds a Master’s of Educational Psychology degree from the University of Minnesota, a Master’s of Business Administration degree from the Rotterdam School of Management, a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University (ICF-accredited) and professional certifications in hypnosis and NLP.
